It’s Simple, Smart & Affordable Protection
We know you’re busy so we make it as simple as possible. Just call us and we’ll do the rest. We’ll go to your location and take measurements of your backflow device. Then, we go back to our facility and custom tailor and sew your Polar Bag. Next, we’ll return to your site and install and test your Polar Bag for fit and easy removal. Finally, if necessary, we will send you a photo proof of installation.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Steve Scott, our proprietor, is a third-generation owner. Steve also operates Polar Bags, which provide backflow pipe freeze and heat protection with custom-made insulated covers. Roseville Auto Upholstery provides custom auto, boat, RV, motorcycle, and golf cart upholstery. Our customers include city and county municipalities, schools, corporate yards, and property management companies.
